Igniting a Discipleship Movement across the Church
The X Collective is a shared learning and training space designed for church leadership teams who desire to cultivate disciple-making movements and explore new expressions of mission.
It provides an environment where leaders can deepen relationships, exchange wisdom, and discover practical strategies for fostering healthy, multiplying communities of faith.
The vision behind the X Collective is to see churches become places where disciples are equipped and sent — communities that participate in God’s mission with clarity, courage and increasing fruitfulness.

▶ How do I get trained?
The X Collective exists to support leaders who sense a call to move their churches towards mission and multiplication.
It offers space to:
A renewed hunger for Jesus and attentiveness to the Holy Spirit shapes the ethos of the Collective, with an emphasis on becoming disciples who make disciples.
▶ How long does it take?
Participation in the X Collective typically takes place over a two-year journey and includes two key components:
In-person Gatherings
Four two-day gatherings provide time to encounter God, receive input, learn together and step forward into new seasons of mission.
Themes explored across the gatherings guide leaders from personal reflection to broader questions about culture, structure and the future of their churches.
Leadership Huddles
Alongside the gatherings, leaders join monthly online huddles — small groups of approximately six people, connected by context (type, size or geography).
Huddles focus on:
These 90-minute sessions provide an intimate environment for ongoing formation and practical growth.
▶ Leadership and Environment
The X Collective includes apostolic and prophetic input from movement leaders across the UK and around the world.
The environment encourages spiritual attentiveness, openness to the Holy Spirit, bold imagination and practical experimentation.
Together, participants seek to discern how God is calling His Church to sow generously, shift posture and step into fresh expressions of disciple-making life.
