Mark Wood CBE

Mark spent more than three decades in financial services, holding senior leadership roles at Barclays, AXA Equity & Law and Prudential before founding the insurance company Paternoster, which he continues to chair. Alongside his business career he has given many years to charitable service, notably as Chairman of the NSPCC from 2010 to 2019, where he helped lead the Full Stop campaign. He was appointed CBE in 2017 for services to children and young people. Mark currently chairs several companies, including Digitalis, PensionBee, Acquis Insurance Management and Utility Bidder, and serves as a trustee of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and Scope alongside his trusteeship of Myriad.
