Lay-led Clockhouse reaches a new community

Discipleship, Evangelism

A ‘missional itch,’ a nudge from their church leader, and a brand-new housing estate between Eastleigh and Southampton — that’s how Sammy and Shaun Jordan found themselves setting out to reach North Stoneham Park, with no building and no guarantees. The pandemic upended their original plan, and the ordained leader who’d started the project eventually moved on.

What grew instead was Clockhouse: a multigenerational, food-centred community built around discipleship, named for the dandelion’s habit of returning after hard seasons. The Myriad Pathway gave Sammy and Shaun the discernment tools and structure to keep going when the plan changed.
