Myriad has enabled learning for leaders and others involved in Garden Church BMO in the Diocese of Norwich. There has been a real commitment to mentoring and walking with lay leaders over a period of time, with an enabling approach focused on context.

The focus on developing people to develop others makes this a sustainable model with an ethos of listening and adapting to what the Spirit is saying to the churches involved.

The resources are inspiring and simple to use and it's good to have attention focused on mission and action, not only theory.
